Varador 2000 presents in the next edition of the Monaco Yacht Show (from September 26 to 29) fair all the novelties related to the extension of its repair & refit facilities of its shipyard in Arenys de Mar (Barcelona). The enterprise, which takes part for the ninth consecutive year in the most important fair in the world of the superyacht, it’s finishing the extension of its technical esplanade, which is going to double its operational area soon. The goal of this improvement is to adapt the facilities to the needs of larger boats, up to 50 meters in length.

The updating of the repair & refit shipyard of Varador 2000 also includes the construction of a new paint unit for large boats that is almost completed, and the incorporation in the new facilities of new boilermaking workshops, naval carpentry, electronics, electricity, lamination, composites and upholstery, which will directly affect the creation of new jobs.

The new technical esplanade of Varador 2000 at the entrance of the port of Arenys de Mar will significantly improve the current operational space, and it will also be able to accommodate new vessels under the winter storage regime, a new formula for winter storage on the surface developed by Varador 2000, which is called QuaySide1835. This new service for large yachts is unique on the north coast of Barcelona: it includes six or more months of dry storage, transport and total technical and logistical support from the company.

The Teak Clinic, on his behalf, is a new service whose objective is to adequately cover the maintenance needs of teak surfaces of large boats. The Teak Clinic is a reference in works with high quality teak wood and the ideal place to repair, maintain or change the teak of the boat. This service is carried put with own personnel, highly qualified and prepared and with personnel from the carpentry workshops located in the shipyard.

Varador 2000 will also promote in the Monaco Yacht Show its nautical base for large lengths Mataró Marina Barcelona, the reference marina on the north coast of Barcelona.
